Christine’s
Bio
I grew up, for the most part,
in a garage. With my entire family into racing (sand drags) we spent our
weekends up in the desert.
I was about twelve years
old when I got my first taste of Rock & Roll. Our baby sitter, the
milkmaid, (funny how I can’t seem to remember her real name) introduced
me to Black Oak Arkansas (Go Jim Dandy). And I’ve been a huge rock
fan ever since.
I started in Radio in January of 2000 and just kind of fell into it. Sierra
Sands Adult School offered a broadcasting class that John Perrige helped
teach and friends talked me into attending. I loved it right off the bat
and so here I am!
I enjoy most everything, including my family, my "other" job,
which is outside sales in the automotive paint industry (I know I’m
weird!). I also enjoy Music, of course, and my dogs, Dusty, a Rhodesian
Ridge-back mix, and Sadie, a Pit Bull (a very good pit bull, she even
makes friends with kittens, really!)
My all time favorite band
would have to be UFO the only band I never grew tired of listening to.
But I’m also a sucker for the new stuff, Creed, Nickleback, Fuel
and yes, I have yet to out grow my love for Metal…
